“I’ve been going through endless thoughts from a few years ago, and coincidentally, I made my final decision. Please do not think that my decision is in any relation to the election result. I will be stopping my career temporarily until I find reasons to continue it. Please forgive me for not being able to tell you the specific reason. I’m saying it again, but my decision does not relate the presidential election result. Thank you for those who loved me and criticized me. I love you all. I hope I will be able to continue my career someday, and I’ll finish my words.”

The fans were/are shocked! They can’t understand why he’s stopping. I am not an actor (wha?!?!) but I can imagine several reasons why a person would want to stop for a while. Maybe he’s burned out.  Maybe he’s tired of the long hours and small pay. Maybe he just wants to rest for a while and see what else life has to offer.

I really did like him in Damo and I’m always sorry to see good actors retire, but hey, this is life. I’m curious to see what you think his reason is. Let me know in the comments or on twitter!
