Alright… Let me start off by saying I was a VIP before I knew anything about anything about kpop.  I have the kdrama Iris and the variety show Family Outing to thank for that. Fast forward 2 years (gosh has it been that long) 1 fantastic concert where I got fan service from my ultimate bias, met fantastic fellow kpoppers (and now my besties) and we are here today. With me up later then I should be, recovering from Seungri’s new m/v and listening to his newly downloaded album.

Seungri has to be my favorite makane. I liked his tenacity, sense of humor and of course he’s a cutie (too young for me but still nice to look at). I originally wanted to only buy the title track but in my haste to get my instant gratification, I clicked whole album.  -___-

After watching the whole m/v and smiling like a 12 year old girl who’s crushed just confessed to her, I decided who needs sleep and went to listen to his whole album. Long story short, I’m glad I bought the whole thing.

1) Let’s Talk About Love: I was sold when GD said “I’m  the G to the D bitch…” This song is going on my workout playlist stat. I’m too old to try to bodyroll across the floor but seriously this song makes me want to do it (bodyrolling while I type).

2)Gotta Talk To You: Honestly I was ehh on the song. I loved the video but I think it’s because I could see how hard Seungri worked to get himself to this point.  When that club beat started though…Oh snap! I wanted that for the whole song!!! I was sad when I heard it wasn’t on the album.

3)GG Be: Very cutesy (not necessarily a bad thing, just not my thing). It will probably grow on me though because I can see myself going on a nice bike ride listening to it. If I had a bike. Or if I do that type of thing, but I digress.

4)Come To My: First thought (where do you want me to go). Second thought (this is beautiful). I couldn’t agree more with my timeline:

I want to wrap myself in ‘Come to My’ and float around in space or something.

I think this is going to vie for the top spot of my favs of this song with Let’s Talk About Love.

5) You Hoo: I said come on! lol Another fast paced song. It’s okay for me, though I do like the chorus.

6)Love Box : a lovely ballad. Seriously I could go to sleep listening to this with a smile on my face.

So my overall feelings of the album? I really dig it. I love Seungri. This man has gold in his hands with this album and I can’t wait until he comes to the States again so I can sing along with him.
