Kpop Review: Verbal Jint & Eddy Kim “I Smell Autumn”

K-Pop Korean Hip-Hop Uncategorized

I know it’s not my usual kpop Tuesday but I have been waiting for this song to release FOREVER!!! Okay not really forever but at least 3 days (as long as I’ve known of it’s existence).
You already know how I feel about Verbal Jint. and the feels are similar for Eddy Kim. Not to many of my readers know this but I work for a company that had to wonderful opportunity to interview him a while back and I still squeal over it.

So when I found out they were going to be collaborating on a song…

Yes it was that serious. So now that we finally, FINALLY have the song, I cannot stop hitting repeat.  The name of the song is “I Smell Autumn” and apparently is about the sent of something (leaves?) that reminds him of his ex-girlfriend. The m/v confuses me a bit but Verbal Jint is no stranger to the artistic style of filming. I know I’m missing loads but for tonight, I just keep hitting repeat and squealing to myself. I really hope that Verbal Jint and Eddy Kim do a whole album together (or at least one of those EP things) so I have more fantasticness to listen to.

Have you heard the song/seen the m/v yet? You are missing out on greatness if you haven’t yet. Their voices blend so well together. Take a listen below and let me know on twitter or in the comments what you think!
