New K-Movie Alert: The Wedding Palace

There is a new movie making its way around the States called Wedding Palace.

WEDDING PALACE is an American and Korean wedding comedy for modern online lovers. Shot in Los Angeles and Seoul, Korea, the film stars Brian Tee (Mortal Kombat, Wolverine, Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift) and S. Korean award winning actress Kang Hye-jung (Oldboy, Welcome to Dongmakgol & wife of Tablo) in her first American movie.

I’m normally a drama/thriller type of gal but I was interested in seeing this film because I love Brian Tee. I normally see him in Bad Boy roles so this is an interesting change. Also Kang Hye Jung from Miss Ripley is in it. The cast had me on the fence but after watching the trailer…I was sold.

See doesn’t that look hysterical?!?! I am going to try to go this weekend to check it out and will definitely let you know how it is when I get back. In case you’re interested in going here are the cities where you can see it:
