This drama… Oh.My.Gosh. I don’t believe I’ve seen anything angstier then this, not even Bad Boy. There is no happy ending and it took me WEEKS to get myself back together. I’m not here to talk about that, though I will at a later date. I’m here to talk about the sophisticated-ness that is the Mawang OST.
I know that this isn’t the ONLY drama that has classical instrumental music for their drama but it’s the first one I’ve watched (and loved). In fact I believe the only song with lyrics was Don’t Love Me. I don’t know who sang the original version BUT Uhm Tae Woong (fan girl scream) also did a cover of it. Which one do you think is better?

The rest of the drama is filled with dark, vampire style, instrumental music. I love it. As a matter of fact I am listening to it while I type it. Seems fitting since its storming like its the end of the world outside. I set up a playlist which you can listen to here. Do you have a favorite melodrama OST? Let me know!

[…] just sort of like “ehhh” when it comes to this OST. It doesn’t blow me away like Mawang’s OST or Cruel City. And that isn’t a terrible thing (honestly I KNOW just how picky I am). […]
My favorite OST: The above Mawang. I’ve been looking for translation to the other songs sung in Mawang.
